Ans:Franchise agreement is valid for a period of 5/10 years depending on the business model/Investment criterion at the time of the agreement. Renewal is based on mutual understanding after review of the franchise center.
Ans:30-45 days would be required to set the school to be operational. Little variation may be possible in case of a search of property/research/survey, etc.
Ans:Yes! our operation and design team is equipped to make changes/plans at no extra cost. In case there is a requirement for any external agency/construction/interior, it would be at extra cost if help is sought from our side.
Ans:Fees is fixed based on a study of the market/competition/infrastructure and innovation. Operation team will suggest the fees with mutual consent. We provide critical decision-making inputs for long-term sustainability.
Ans:Company has extensive National/International reach on Print/Video/ATL/BTL/Social Network (FB/Instagram/SEO) and specific Google support (adverts, display and re-marketing). Our operation teams also ensure local area marketing/branding on social media platforms at company cost as per need basis. A business partner has to do the promotions in the territory provided to them. There are lots of promotional materials (list with operation team) given at the time of opening the schools to create visibility and establishing the brand.
Ans:We don’t charge royalty. We work on kit based pricing. Kit prices are set as per the basis of the tier of the city and the gross fees. Our sales team will close on the kit price at the time of sign up for the first year. Kit prices may increase year after based on the addition of items/cost increase, etc.
Ans:There are two sets of items. For one set of items, you need to buy from a company like mind lab, fun zone and Mont Labs. For the second set of items related to infrastructure, operation team will suggest buying from local market/vendors.
